Immersion cooling allows you to mine crypto in the hottest areas of the globe.

At its core, immersion cooling is a thermal management method where electronic components—such as servers, GPUs, or crypto miners—are fully submerged in a dielectric (non-conductive) liquid. Unlike air, which is a poor conductor of heat, these engineered cooling fluids are designed to efficiently absorb and transfer large amounts of thermal energy.

The process begins as the immersed hardware operates and generates heat. Instead of relying on fans to push hot air away from components (as in traditional air cooling), the heat is immediately transferred to the surrounding liquid through direct contact. This enables near-instant thermal absorption, eliminating hotspots and ensuring a highly uniform operating temperature across the entire system.

Once the liquid absorbs this heat, a closed-loop circulation system takes over. Pumps move the heated fluid through a heat exchanger—such as a dry cooler, radiator, or external cooling tower—where the heat is expelled into the environment (often air-cooled). The now-cooled liquid is then returned to the immersion tank to repeat the process.
